I know it has been a while. I have been through a lot since my last post. Most of my days were spent in the hospital visiting my grandfather who was very sick. He passed on the 3rd of july and on that day I lost an important figure in my life. He was a driving force in my academic and professional career. When things went downhill he would be there to help me back up.
This man was my father when I didn't have one present in my everyday life.
I loved him so much. He was my best friend and he was always proud of me. My 20th birthday just passed on the 21st of July and I find that it bothers me to know that he wasn't here to celebrate with my family.
I miss you Grandpa and I will continue to keep "Keep my nose to the grindstone" and succeed in all that I do because you always told me to.
